Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

During busy periods (launches, restocks, sales), processing may take an extra day.

📦 Missing / Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived:

Standard post is not tracked please allow the full estimated window

Tracked orders can be checked using your tracking link

If your order is delayed beyond the timeframe, contact us and we’ll help

We are not responsible for delays caused by An Post, weather, strikes, or incomplete addresses.

🧴 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

We will resolve it with a replacement or refund.

📮 Returns

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on nail products unless the item is faulty.

Faulty items will be replaced or refunded.
